1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at aiinstallexperts.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

AI Install Experts provides done-for-you AI automation services for small businesses, including but not limited to AI voice receptionist installation, automated lead follow-up systems, CRM integration, and custom workflow automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements signed before work begins.

3. Payment & Fees

Payment terms are established in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified in the applicable invoice or contract. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required accounts and systems, and reasonable cooperation necessary for us to deliver services. Delays caused by failure to provide required access or information may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the custom automations and configurations we build for your business. We retain the right to reference your engagement as a client (without disclosing confidential information) in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Install Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
